Go Green!

In supporting Go Green and saving the mother nature, i personally did something to preserve our Earth. Though what i did was just a small insignificant thing, but i hope all those simple actions may inspire other do their part.

1. Instead of plastic bag, i used reusable bag when i shop for my glossaries. This reusable bag enable us to use it again and again for months. This is to minimize the usage of plastic bag. Where to get it? Anywhere! You just need to spend a little bit more to save the Earth. For instance, you can get it at Jusco just for RM1.


2. Nowadays, there are more and more usage of disposable chopstick. From small hawker stall to those restaurant like Sushi King..... So, i personally bought a pair of portable chopstick. Come with a small casing which enable us to bring anywhere we go. I got mine for a Japanese shop, Daison. Just RM5.


3. For drafting or some sketching, please use to recycle paper. Some paper were just printed with one side. Please utilize another side of the paper. And do use both side of the paper when printing. For lecture notes and others references which were given in softcopy. Only print it if necessary and do compact the note's slides before printing. This enable you to save your money spent for paper and the ink.

4. Tissue paper. Most of us so reliable on it. What i did was using the traditional handkerchief instead of tissue paper. Handkerchief has been used for so many years and environmental friendly compared to disposable tissue.
5. If you buy take away food. Please use your own container. By doing so, we will able to reduce the usage of polystyrene box.

These are 5 small things that i am doing right now to save our mother nature. Hope the message of Go Green with able to reach you guys.

In support of saving the stray animals. I would like to promote you a book entitled "Pawprints on my heart" by Dr Chan Kah Yein who delicate in saving the abandoned animal. Any donation and adoption can be made through her. I would like to adopt one, but since i am leaving soon. So, i can't. But, i believe you guys can. Make the world a better place. The world need more LOVE!

Internship's Diary- Day 59&60

I was suddenly sick last Thursday night, so i took MC for Friday. Out of sudden, my muscle on the left between my abdomen and thigh was in pain since Thursday morning and got out of control went it reached late evening. I could barely move. Any single movement will cause me in deep pain. Even when i car passed through those bump road, i could feel the pain. Can't even laugh. Damn! Doctor said that i might me overwork and sprained my muscle. Well, no doubt i just shifted to workshop with those heavy work, but i had my daily exercise in gym. Sigh....So i didn't count that day in.

July 13 (Monday)

I was suppose to go out with D. Due to a bundle of works in the workshop, I had to stay in the workshop installing those control valve onto the tractors. All those installation must be done by 3pm for delivery. After all, i only manage to get everything done by 4pm. Luckily one of the lorry drive MC, so some of those delivery postponed. And after 4pm, i was free until 5.30pm.

Went to gym, rpm class....blah....blah... like usually.

July 14 (Thurday)

Went out with Sh to Port Dickson and Banting. To PD for normal 2nd service on the tractor L2800 after 400 hours usage. Was in PD till 3pm. Sh took sometime to distribute his wedding invitation cards to his friends and family members coz he was originate from PD.

Then went to Banting to dismantle the tractor engine from the tractor. The engine need to be overhaul. Any job related to engine overhaul isn't easy coz the process installing and disengaging engine is energy consumption and proper precision is required. Imagine an engine required 4 man powers to carry it up to the Ford Ranger. I was a bit frustrated as we were actually late. Reached Puchong office by 6.30pm instead of 5.30pm. Sigh.... 1 hour overtime without pay.

Was actually so wanted to take photo for my visa application, but somehow i found out that my shoe bag missing. Searched here and there and even went to gym and looked for it, but failed. I lost my precious nike bag, nike shoe and nike socks. Damn!!!!! I just bought that bag. I lost above RM250 just in a day. Sigh.....

Internship's Diary- Day 55- 58

July 6 (Monday)

I was still in the Part Department, doing my unfinished task. By 12 noon, i actually manage to finish the given task. I told Ym about that and passed all my completed data to him. As she promised, Ym met the manager, Is so transfer me back to Service Department. He agreed and i will be continue back to my initial work place starting tomorrow. The workshop.

Since i completed all the task before lunch, so i was kinda free on after lunch. Just some minor work here and there. Free from 2pm-5.30pm. Haha...

July 8 (Tuesday)

Yeah. I was in the workshop. On the morning, D brought me Shah Alam to repair the air compressor. Basically nothing special. By noon we headed to Klang. Another factory. What we did was just dismantle the bare head and took in back. Overall, there were not much stuff we did, time actually wasted for travelling due to long distance and traffic jam. Manage to get a short break before heading back to office. Went to eat mee rebus. But the time was almost 5pm. So i just took it a bit.

Today i had an appointment with my friend. We wanted to go Yuen for dinner, but it was closed. So we went to some nearby steamboat restaurant. After wor, i straight away went to gym to get shower and change. This was there first time i went to gym just for the sake of using the rest room. LOL! Coz going back home and out again will cost me more than 1 hours stucked in jam. So...

That night gathering was something special to me.(don't ask why)LOL! Total 6 of us, 2 girls and 4 guys from different background. Very outgoing, funny and hyper-active. I actually only know 1 of them, the remaining were his friend. Overall, i do enjoy a lot. They were friendy and nice, though i was a bit quite that night.
HUH! Mervin quite? LOL! Maybe i still shy. Coz i won't talk much to strangers.

July 9 (Wednesday)

In the morning, went to Cyberjaya with D to check the problem of a generator in a bus. Rounded that area for few times and finally we able to trace the bus. As we were not familiar with that place, we found ourself lost for few times. LOL!

Job done, and we took a break on the highway rest house during our lunch time. Suddenly D asked me,

D: will you buy handphone with some stranger who selling it at the road side?
Me: of course not! All those are illegal stuff.

Suddenly an Indon guy in 40s came ask to buy an hp, Nokia N95, 8Gig. Wow...that was tempting men. Initially we rejected time. But then....

Me: That 1 is Nokia N-series right?
D: Yeah. N95
Me: wow...if the original N95 will be around RM1500-RM1800
D: Really?
Me: Yeah! Plus if we can get it in RM300, then i will be super cheap.
But i don't know is original or pirated.
D: that guy said that the hp was stolen hp. Should be original.
Me: if original then buy it. (I changed my stand.LOL!)

From discouraging him to encouraging him.LOL! i am suck a asshole. I contacted my friend to assist me to check to hp. Overall, it looked exactly the original type will multi-function. We were so convinced and bought the hp with RM350.

Once we reached office, Din asked our colleague to check for us. Initially everything was ok until he check the camera. It was a fake nokia phone. The camera quality is low. but the hp was so real that so hard know that it was China product. But he did not regret coz the hp was so cheap even though it's china stuff.

July 10 (Thursday)

Another relaxing day. Recently i found out that working in the service department indeed easy though we work with sweat, use a lot of energy, and get dirty. But we take our time to finish the job without rushing or facing those boss faces. Afternoon went back to Klang to installed back the repaired bare-head. Done.

After work, went for a short gym. Today i have promised W to go pasar malam. Well, thing went hay-wired. Starting from W car broke down, then stuck in jam and finally, upon our arrival to pasar malam, i got muscle sprained. I was so pain that i can even stand with little vibration. A small vibration will cause me in deep pain. Damn! I was actually have that pain since this morning, but i thought it will goes of later. But after my gym session, it was getting worse. It was so pain that i could hardly now myself. Even bending my leg. LOL!

W immediately took me to clinic once we finish our dinner( some not nice laksa). I walked with each step of painness. The pain that i never experience before. Sigh... In the clinic, that stupid doc ask me,

Doc: Is your testicals still there?Both of them

Me: Of' course got. Why ask such question?

Doc: Coz something if your muscle sprained, it will pull your testical up.

Me: Ic, yea. I can feel a bit of pull that area.

But his question was too weird to answer. How can testicle went missing. Perhaps to small dick guys or fat guys, but definitely not me. LOL

Yeah. I got an MC for tomorrow. Though i don't really want to take mc but.... coz taking mc on friday, people might think that i took it on purpose. Plus a was on leave next week. Sigh...

Internship's Diary- Day 51-54

Wow.... i actually abandoned my blog for so long. 4 days diary were missing. This running so fast. This week actually was my 12th week for internship. Which mean i left 8 weeks for intern and 12 weeks in Malaysia. There were so many things i wanna to do with such short time. I don't know, maybe i am growing old. Time seem like precious to me. Each second count! As the result, i need to prioritized thing which i more important and those that less important( which lead to lesser blog these days. lol)

I remembered once Inn Shan's blog said that those who are bored and alone tend to blog more. And it's very true. Coz i was kinda bored when you saw me blogging almost everyday. But as time goes on, i was getting busier and more things to do. Which mean i no longer bored. Though this intern i didn't learn much related to my field, nevertheless i learnt a lot. Particularily in time management and priority selection.

Let me summarized my 4 days work. Basically, i am still stucked in Part's Department. These few days i was busy doing my stock update for all 10 branchs in Malaysia. Working like hell. I must finish it by this Friday. There were so many data for me to extract and tranfer it to a proper table in Excel. Really tiring man. Thousands of data. This really an eye-constrain work. Making my dark circle and eye bag getting worse. Sigh....I was rushing up to finish it as soon as possible. Tried to work on every minutes i had. Only 1 word can describe it, BUSY
Hopefully i can finish it by tomorrow. If not i gonna die.....
